Zines

Jess Driscoll has some really great zine resources, but maybe the most immediately useful is this neat 8-page zine template (archive), with a raw PDF but also an Apple Pages template. A few other versions are available.

These were done for Congenial Telegram (archive), which was a really lucky name for a small zine. The GitHub repo that points to has a bunch of this, too.

I just learned about the Sunday Zine Club (archive), right after it (this round?) ended. I’m keeping my eyes open for another run.

This isn’t really for zines per se, but printers. It’s hard to know what the safe area on a given printer is (especially with any particular settings). Here’s a simple printer margin test page (archive).
